Dead by Daylight

Survivor Loops

Dead by Daylight survivors win on time, not on flashy flashlight saves. A clean loop buys generators. A greedy loop feeds the killer a down.

Learn two tiles per map

You do not need every jungle gym. Learn a shack window and one strong pallet on the maps you play most. Repeat those paths until they are muscle memory.

Run toward the tile, not away into empty corn. Killers love survivors who panic into no-resource zones.

Drop the pallet on purpose

A pallet on the ground is a resource you spent. Drop it when the killer commits, not when you feel nervous at 16 meters.

After a drop, leave. Staying to teabag tells the killer you are free entertainment instead of a generator problem.

Unhook with a plan

Body block only if you have Duality or a teammate already taking the hit. Random unhooks in the killer’s face make two injured people and zero gens.

If you are the obsession, do not take every chase. Let someone else eat time while you tap the last generator.
