Base Production
Palworld bases fail when Pals have nothing legal to do. Assign jobs, feed them, and keep the box from filling with combat-only Pals who refuse to mine.
Match work suitability
A Pal with no mining skill should not sit on the ore node. Check the icons. The game is not being mysterious.
Beds and temperature matter. Unhappy Pals walk off the job. That is a design, not a bug you ignore forever.
Food is the real power generator
Farms and cooking beat a pile of raw berries in a box. Hungry workers stop crafting while you are in a dungeon.
Chests need filters eventually. A mixed junk chest is how you craft the wrong ingot at 2 a.m.
Defense is a Pal job too
If raids hit, station a combat Pal on a tower. A pure factory with no teeth is a piñata.
