Rainbow Six Siege defense is architecture. A rotate you cannot play is a gift. Open the walls you will actually hold.
One rotate, one headhole, then stop
Swiss cheese sites look busy and die to a single nade line. Open what your anchors need. Mute the rest.
Reinforcements have a count. Soft walls that should be hard, stay hard. Soft walls that should be rotates, get scissors.
Anchors need a camera or a drone denial
If attackers walk in unseen, your setup was a painting. Place info gadgets on the path they must take.
Roamers should not take every reinforcement. Leave the site playable if they die in garage.
Practice the setup in a custom
Copying a pro site you cannot play is how you get lost in your own holes. Learn one site per map you queue.
